As an ICU nurse, I feel that it quite realistic. It did throw a lot of trauma and every complication that really does happen but not every day. I thought they addressed many real issues and also outcomes that do happen. I enjoyed it.

The acting of the 3 girls is incredible.I love how they look after one another.They are all good people who are victims of their circumstances.This is an important look into our ongoing social problems.
