Disappointed especially in the ending because she had such a bright future ahead of her and she threw it all away to be with this uneducated, broke guy with a bad temper. Realistically, she most likely would have out grown him since he really was a father figure to her not a lover. And let’s be honest, he was in love with her since she was 8???……no matter how nice a guy he was to her, he still took advantage of the situation and this alone made it hard to embrace the romantic happy ending the writer was trying to convey.
