It has a great deal of suspense. Tye Sheridan's mum in the movie is like many mums. Quite overprotective of her son. She loved her son despite his deficiency as well as the many challenges around her, that she wouldn't want the Police inspectors infuriate him.
The movie tells alot about how people with mental issues desire to be loved and how they fall in love.
