I loved this game so much. Don’t expect a big epic like BotW or TotK. Just appreciate it for its fun, charming nature. I saw a review complaining about how it was a mix of old school side scrolling LOZ and newer mechanics added in BotW and TotK, but personally, I loved it, and thought it was blended together in a lovely way. EoW isn’t a very large game, but I honestly liked that. As much as I love super long games with crazy large maps, it’s nice to take a break from that and for a game to just rely more on its gameplay and storytelling. This game made me laugh, cry, sigh sometimes in frustration, and sometimes in relief. And that’s a good game in my book. Plus the soundtrack was good.
