I’ve read the Scarpetta series from the very beginning and have always loved them but I’ve noticed in the last couple books instead of there being alot of other things going on than just the case their working on. Now the first half of the book or more are all just the crime scene and autopsy. It’s like the writing has gotten lazy or too overdone I can’t tell which. Yes authors tend to describe what they’re seeing but she never use to write quite like this describing every single thing she see’s while driving to the crime scene or flying in a helicopter describing every single thing they pass for 4 chapters which has NOTHING to do with the story. Even the crime scene wasn’t detailed anywhere near like the ride to it was. Then she’s also started to wait until the very last chapter to wrap it all up in a couple pages where you’re left sitting there like damn really? All that build up with way too many specifics on stupid shit to sloppily throwing together the ending with almost no specifics. What is happening!?!?

Omg I keep trying to give this show a chance and here it is season 3 and it’s just getting worse. The girl who plays Gabriella just absolutely cannot act. The whole relationship with her and Bode is a joke. This girl has no clue what she wants and he just keeps putting himself on the line for her then she throws him under the bus. I used to think they should cut Bose’s hair then they did and now he looks like a 70’s porn star😂😂 Max Thieriot should have stuck with Seal Team, it was a much better fit. This whole show is just weird and the storylines always seem rushed and half assed. Just cancel it already

I used to think this show was good, but the storyline has continued to stay the same and we’re in season 3. I just feel like they aren’t going anywhere with it. I’m a huge fan of Taylor Sheridans shows but this is just repetitive and boring. Yellowstone was my favorite show, it’s absolutely amazing, but what I truly believe the problem is, is Mr Sheridan was coming out with multiple shows all at the same time which then made Yellowstone suffer in a bad way. Here we are a couple years later and we STILL don’t have the second half of season 5. Some people want to blame Kevin Costner because he’s also doing a movie but c’mon he’s been acting for a very long time and has worked on two projects multiple times and they were great. Not to mention working on Yellowstone and a movie is a huge difference than Taylor Sheridan working on almost 10shows at the same time while also purchasing an enormous ranch and more other projects than I could count. He got cocky and tried to juggle entirely too much and now his work is suffering and he doesn’t see it. Thanks for ruining the best show on TV in a very long time!

I was one of those people that was like you people are so weird about this show. Then in 2019 I was in a bad motorcycle accident & had to be in bed for months and ran out of things to watch so I said ok fine I’ll try this out and was instantly addicted to it. So my question is, how many times is considered excessive in watching this show beginning to end? So far I’ve watched it all 5 times, just finishing my fifth time maybe 3 weeks ago and am about to start again right now lol why can’t we have a show about what happened AFTER the last season instead of what happened before?
