I have read some of the reviews. I am 71 , smoked 52 of those years ,on average 40 a day. My daughter gave me the book, for years I have had the double barreled barrage in both ears from my 2 children. To appease I started reading the book and for once I found an empathetic ear. They had been there ,they understood. I finished the book, making sure only one cigarette left in the house, smoked it , cleared out the ashtray, washed it and put it xaway inn the deep recesses of a cupboard. Took the garbage out. No stompie left to try to relight , no empty cigarette box to chrw
Chew the nicotine out of, been there fone thst.
