Out of any reboot I’ve ever seen, this is officially the worst. Nothing in this show ever makes sense (the engines can jump, use their wheels as hands, have strength that is definitely inaccurate to their original characters, and they don’t seem to need tracks in the first place. It’s basically giving the finger to the entire Awdry family, especially when Thomas refers to Edward and Henry as “those trains.” It undoubtedly looks and sounds like a show actually meant for babies, but even they hate it. Mattel has officially ruined Thomas and there’s no turning back. I will never recommend this garbage to anyone.
