Destynee Jones

This was genuinely one of the worst movies I’ve ever watched in my entirely life. I’m honestly kind of baffled at how many good reviews there are, but then again the movie just came out yesterday. Walt’s character was the creepiest, most (unironically) unhinged protagonist I’ve seen in a while, and the scripts only way of reconciling this was to playfully mention his obsessive nature, in passive remarks that never actually amount to anything…No dynamic or development of anyones character. Just felt like a very bad and unhealthy depiction of “romance.” Too many unrealistic events had to happen for the plot to progress. Characters had to be so naive and random in their actions/perceptions, that it made suspension of disbelief nearly impossible. I’d rate it negative 2 stars if I could.
