As a male I'm tired of seeing gifts, at reduced prices, for women only. Jill's steals and deals feature mostly makeup, scarves, candles, etc. Hire a male that can find and offer discounts for tools, men's clothing, car accessories, etc. I also agree with other comments that the hosts usually talk over each other and start laughing at things that the audience has no idea what they're talking about.
