I would have enjoyed it if it were not labelled as StarWars. This is like doing a WW2 movie but the Nazis are misunderstood and everyone else is a bumbling idiot. Best lightsaber fights hands down period. So for the first several episodes I was all in, I had a few issues with some odd writing decisions (the prisoner transport, jedi suicide) but then we got to the flash back episode and the finale. Jedi are not a lightsaber and the force, they are a moral code. They are not corrupt US police forces imposing their will on helpless women. Why destroy the lore to be "edgy". Sith are evil, Jedi are good, if you want "grey areas" and fallible characters then use Mandalorians. I watch Starwars for the world of George Lucas, not the rethought universe based on whatever is edgy or in at the moment. The Sith was cool, the whole rotten to the core jedi order- laughable at best. How to fix? Easy- use the actual lore this seems to be ripping off- The witches enslave the men for breeding, big fights fo rthe right to breed, sith are watching closely and when Darth Maul is born Palpatine scoops him up and then has the team commit witchacide. Sound familiar?
