You'll probably want closed captioning to catch all the dialogue, the Irish accents are sometimes difficult for us across the pond to understand. Oh...and you'll quickly learn "wain" means a kid, and "wee" is used for just about anything. This show is brilliant, hilarious, creative, everything you could want. We're occasionally reminded that the hijinks of these girls attending Catholic school is taking place amid horrors and atrocities being committed by both sides of the British/IRA conflict, very reminiscent of MASH.
