Wow. This book was best that I've read in a long time. My heart was in my mouth, waiting to see what was going to happen. It's so captivating. Quite simply, a marvlous book.

Don't bother.
I really wish I could return this book but since I bought it from Packt their customer service rep. Richard told me "We apologize for the inconvenience caused as the book that you have received is not properly glued in and also as the books has errors in it.
As per the company policy (link below) we can cancel and refund an order only if you contact us within an hour of placing the order."
What use is that to me.
The book is a waste of time. Don't bother. There are numerous grammatical errors. Lets not even get me started on the numerous image placement errors. Throughout the entire book there are pictures that are placed there with no text that actually refers to it. Along with various accounts of duplicate images being placed one after another this book is all you can hope for if you wish to throw your hard earned money in the garbage disposal. There was clearly no thought/editing put into this book. I should have trusted the reviews that said that Packt Publishing is a hub for terrible books that are just being pushed out one after another completely throwing away the concept of quality and worshiping the almighty law of quantity over quality. I guess they feel that the more books the toss at the world the more money they are going to make. If I could have given it a 0 rating trust me I surely would. Also for those who still wish to throw some money away you could just buy the cheaper but exactly same book "iOS 12 Programming for Beginners: An introductory guide to iOS app development with Swift 4.2 and Xcode 10, 3rd Edition" By Craig Clayton (same author). Like seriously he just copied the same info from that book and renamed it the "Complete iOS 12 Development Guide". In both books you build the same app. Don't even bother.
