this movie is actually pretty entertaining. my biggest problem with it is how much is going on and the ending. there are 16 characters, excluding the bear. most of the characters end up dying pretty early on. it’s too much for the movie. one character just straight up disappears at the end. the ending also was terrible. it’s cheesy. 4/5

i actually pleasantly liked this movie. although there was a lot of gore, that’s the draw of the movie. the effects were great and the acting was pretty good too. i did think the ending was a little cheesy. it was similar to the polar express in a way. the characters and acting were pretty great. plus the comedy really shines through. 5/5

i actually liked the movie. i thought the plot line worked really well and i found myself screaming for characters. however, there feels like a lot of unnecessary gore. that being said, this is my first evil dead movie so maybe it’s always like that. some plot points were also cliche and could’ve been done better. if you can stomach gore, go for it. if you’re squeamish, sit this one out. i would give this movie a solid 7/10

i think disenchanted was a great movie. at first, you think you’re in for a boring cliche. however, the references and cameos make up for it. the middle of the movie was eye catching and interesting. i enjoyed the plot and how they incorporated the fairytale aspect. the last twenty minutes was slow and confusing, in my opinion. i do like the story, though, and i think it goes with the second one quite well. after all, enchanted was a fever dream of a movie in the first place.
