I'm not a fan of reading, my vision is poor and reading glasses cause headaches but because several years ago I had heard Bryan's testimony, I knew I had to get this book. I was expecting something amazing, but this book completely blows amazing out of the water. The charm, quick wit, and unfailingly humble personality of Bryan is on every single page of this book. Over the years I have been watching, studying, and learning from Bryan on yt videos, and his very natural honesty and straightforward, no shame in the truth(ness), make this very real story impossible to put down. I recommend you start reading early in the morning because if don't finish it before bed, you won't be able sleep. It's that good.
As a Christian book I was fully prepared for a lot spiritual truth which inevitably moves me to tears. What I found so refreshing about this book, however, is that the spiritual truth is as uplifting as it is deep.
Bryan is so intelligent, and the book is written so well, that nothing on Netflix or social media could possibly draw you in as fast and as strong as this book.
Honesty, I couldn't put it down, my side hurt from laughter reading His journey through the southern us...and Texas, especially Texas... ESPECIALLY WEST TEXAS...LOL (I love EAST Texas ;)
I'm truly grateful for the Lord leading me to find Bryan's testimony years ago, and grateful to Bryan for being unafraid to warn the world in his straightforward, matter of fact, hilarious, but so humble way. He shares the playful, good-hearted ways of my dearest friend which makes this book the best thing I've read since the KJV.
The typical person walking this earth...-for now-... has no clue what awaits those who think they know better, or believe they don't have to make a choice at all.
The fact is, you're in sin, or you're in righteousness... these are the only "choices" we get. The reality, however, is you're born one way, into sin, and you have only 1 choice during your shirt time on earth.
It's up to each person as to whether or not they die in eternal sin or not.
This book is well worth the reading glasses headaches, and even atheists will have a hard time putting this book down (if they're honest enough to read it), and find it hard to deny the truth in every word of this book.
