I played the game during launch. I didn’t hate it, but I also didn’t love it. I loaded up during the NEXT update. It had me hooked for awhile but I still felt it was missing something. This latest update is by far the best. It fixes tons of bugs, and annoying little things. It also adds tons of random features that I love. I’ve spent hours just building a base or looking for a cool lush planet to colonize. Hello Games has really shined NMS up to the point of almost disbelief. Every thing has purpose now. That’s a good studio. They listen to feed back, and implement changes(within reason of course) i won’t call it a perfect game because it isn’t. Space battles could use an upgrade.(i’d almost rather run from pirates then fight them because it sadly feels the same every time) Increase the build limit on consoles. I highly recommend visiting a dead planet and mining a whispering egg. ;) that’ll change your entire day. 8.5/10 in my books. Buy it.
