I honestly didn't think it would be much. But the characters are pretty interesting and although the heroine has the usual cold blonde look with startling blue eyes, she has the ability to look vulnerable quite subtly. Helen Mirren is, as usual, superb and the rest of the caste, especially Cillian Murphy are uniformly excellent. Worth it.
