Casting was perfect. Charlotte Rampling, her character was Gavin in the mirror. Aging torn and tattered in a dress. Jack Warden the spot on Gopher for the down and out lead Newman. Lots of angst, from the nurses who knew something wasn't right, but didn't have the power to change anything. The ending , phone rings but Gavin had a victory and some pride not picking up the phone.
