Such a beautiful and empowering movie- especially for young women! Not sure why critics are bashing Amy so much, oh the irony. Def watch this movie, it was so heartwarming and relatable, made me tear up! It's definitely more of an indie-style film which is my go-to. This made me wish I started a rebellion at my high school, but this movie will help other young women find their voice if they have been oppressed. I also love how this movie brings up intersectionality- so important! ALSO, the soundtrack is KILLER! Love the inclusion of indie female artists. Ugh, go get 'em girls.
