Well... having been raised in this kind of environment; horses (my horse was named "Jiggs;" I always rode bareback, didn't care for the saddle!), Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona, and witnessing mankind for almost 70 years, including 5 in the U.S. Navy... what strikes me most about this series, beyond my intrinsic love for the scenery and nature, is the EXTREMELY POOR EXAMPLE IS PROVIDES TO US as "humanity!"
I've seen marketing for Yellowstone merchandise, cups and stuff with "Send Rip," or "Don't make me Go Beth on you!" With a fool like tRump now in the White House our declining country is embracing this kind of ignorance and lack of education and bullying to our own failure! This program actually had a MAGA hat in one of the episodes. FOOLS ALL!!!
They're all alcoholics and the laughable Rip is just a murderous bully that the completely dysfunctional Beth is hot for. I have to admit, that seems like the most real part, women falling for some bully thug ignorantly impressed with his "manhood!?!?!?"
I manage to see the evil in this kind of people in my own life and set out on my own joining the Navy to learn a better way of life, get an education, which I did, only to be destroyed while working as an Air Traffic Controller, sucked into a marriage by an EVIL Bitch - by the very Malignant Narcissistic Sociopathy that tRump so clearly exhibits - EVIL!
America and humanity is FUC*ED!!!
The one hot babe in the movie, the little Indian girl, is saddled with an over-dramatic victim role (excessively dramatic is a constant in the series; a Kevin Costner staple) which reduces her to just a prop in the movie. As she sets out on a drive while pregnant, it is actually PREDICTABLE AT THIS POINT IN THE MOVIE THAT SHE WILL GET INTO A WRECK - PREDICTABLE DUE TO POOR SCRIPT WRITING!!!
I love this show regardless of the INCONGRUOUS STORY LINE AND LOGIC IN THE MOVIE, mostly due to the scenery! The acting is SECOND RATE AND THE STORY LINE IS JUST AS POOR!!! For example: Jamie goes to the "Train Station" to dispose of his murderous father, whom he killed, and Beth just happens to show up to take his picture at this out-of-state dump site as Jamie is about to throw his father over the cliff. Absolutely ridiculous logic if you pay attention and have any ability for critical analysis!
But... hey... they sure can suck down the whiskey and slide a horse to a stop - that's talent and success - NOT!!!
I know from my late brother this kind of stupid bully ignorance - the world is better without him!
