This was totally engrossing and kept me on the edge of my seat right up to the end, which was so satisfying although so sad at the same time. I believed in the monster on the hill too! Watching so many unsatisfying films on Netflix where you think at the end ‘what was the point of that?’ this book has renewed my love of reading an actual physical book too! First book in years I have kept on wanting to pick up and read more!
