We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times - never a problem. This time we stayed in room 325. Our room wasn’t ready until 5. When we got our keys we were unable to enter due to a fire alarm evacuation. We were told the reason our room wasn’t ready was because of a broken curtain rod. The door was jammed and when we entered we noticed water leaking on the floor (we used 4/5 towels just on the floor to make sure the kids wouldn’t slip - our youngest still did and split his head open (all towels were saturated to the point you could ring them out). The curtain rod that supposedly caused the delay for our room wasn’t touched and still broken. The hot tub bath tub jets were filed with gunk and mold that I didn’t see until I turned the jets on with my son already inside it. I tried cleaning it but gave up - we were there two nights, so they went in the pool. There is mold also on the ceiling on the bathroom. They didn’t even try to make it look presentable (baseboards, grout, paint, etc) I’m just surprised how downhill it went. I didn’t plan on leaving this but the manager didn’t respond to the message I left at the front desk so here I am..
