A book packed with tools that one needs as fundamental to really being limitless. I found it helpful and remindful of the most important techniques to will the ability of doing anything-as the book is based on the factor of us not having limits... I love concepts on Mindset and Motivation, the book enlightens well on that... Then the FASTER,MOM,SMART(just to mention a few) mnemonics bring more easy powerful methods in applying the concepts in all that we are capable of-the only thing is that the things mentioned are quite common and not the "next level thing" as the book initially seems to portray. Otherwise the memory, speed reading, thinking and focus sections have made me a better reader and intellect. Overcoming limiting conceptions was easy with this book. It's okay...It's a good book.
