"Not without my daughter" is one of the best books I have read. The book is about real life story of Betty mehmoody, who had a happy life in US with a Dr husband and a 4yrs old daughter, one day he tooks her to Iran for holidays just to meet his family. At the end of holiday her husband "Moody" wants them to live there forever..this point makes the book more shocking and thrilling onwards. The rest book is her extreme struggle to escape from Iran. The way she fought taught me how a mother loves her child beyond her life ! It made me think how uncertain the life was to a women whose husband, a real man in her life suddenly switched to a cruel heartless person. The writer carves betty's pain in ur heart as well. This book always holds a unique place in my heart. ♥️ I would like to give 5/5 for the book.
