“There’s a difference between taking care of someone because you love them and taking care of someone because you want them to love you,” Well this talks about taking care of someone and taking care of someone else that you love it like lets say a bird and eagle are in love the eagle does everything for the bird . “You’re the one who has to live your life. Don’t apologize to other people for the decisions you make for yourself.” Well this is saying don't apologize to other people because its not there life the only decision is your or your family member “You get to decide how you show up in this world. No one else gets to dictate to you who you are,” well this is saying that it doesn't matter what other people are saying about you are you how you act , how you eat and how you emotionally act people acting like fools and jerks.
