All these Christmas Hallmark movies are about getting back to basics, and listening to your heart and doing good deeds, and falling in love with the right person. Anyone who tries to make it a "black vs. white" issue, like a few reviewers on here do, are sadly missing the point of the whole thing. They don't see anything other than race and in doing so miss out on the meaning behind it all. I think it was predictable (as they mostly all are) but I love these kitschy cheesy love stories. My husband does too. Please don't short yourself of the message of goodness still left in people . This is a thousand times better than watching the 6 o'clock news (all bad) .
