riot doesn't do anything to stop players from trolling. MOBA already has a reputation for having a toxic environment and riot doesn't care to stop players who are ruining the community. it only cares about the money it receives

People who played this game did so because we fell in love with the father/daughter dynamic and the characters growth from the first game. This game was a cliche vengeance game trying to be poetic. You play most of the game as a character that isn’t a part of the original duo trying to get you to like her. I was not impressed by the game.
