Unbelievable that this show has made it to 9 seasons, shows the decline in common decency in our society. Basically it’s a dysfunctional family running a business with the lowest of standards. Apparently, Common Courtesy is not a taught behavior. Ashley is horribly rude to her family, coworkers & customers alike. As a small business owner myself, she wouldn’t last a day working for me. She seems to have the need to exercise her “power” by insulting & demeaning others. It’s huge red flag indicating insecurity that creates a verbally abusive environment. Perhaps she should seek counseling for her anger issues. Show deserves a Zero rating.
