Great game, when it works. One of the reasons I’m taking this down a star is because the game is so glitched. I had a glitch where I was moving my base and I put all of my items outside then all my item just poofed away when I saved the game, I had a glitch where my snowfox did the spawnnearbyfailed, then there was one when I was trying to move my snowfox on the water and I was pushing it against an ice burg and I was launched about 30 meters forward, one time a peeper just started to swim in my moon pool, another one when I accidentally took my sea truck out and then I tried to put it back in but my sea truck turned black when it was beginning to be docked and I was able to walk in my docked sea truck cockpit, I fixed it by just hitting the enter seatruck button, another one when I was building my base and the large room I was building had the legs that come out and they went onto my life pod so now I just have two legs that are on my life pod, another one when I was getting off my snowfox on a small island of ice and then I phased through the ice and a peeper treated the ice like it was water and jumped right on it while I just watched it inside the ice, another one when I took my prawn suit out and then I just boosted right after and got out, this caused me to be able to swim in my base and I also did this in marg’s base, then another one when I was walking above the phi robotics lab in my prawn suit and then I just phased through the ground all the way down to 1757m to which my prawn suit broke. The story is also lackluster, it’s in no way bad it’s just kind of boring when you finish Sam’s story. I wish there was more on why Dani and Sam *broke up* other than Dani just wanting to study Kharaa. The gameplay when working is very fun, the way the seatruck and prawn suit control couldn’t be better. Overall I don’t know if the glitches are because I’m on console or just because the game is broken. If you have the ability to play it on pc then do so.
