This "thriller" had a premise with promise, and then undelivered for a full 10 episodes. Many times it was just downright boring. The characters were almost all dull and predictable. A lot of plot holes. It felt like it was written by A.I. and by that I mean every moment seemed to be lifted from another movie, or TV show, or comic book. Preposterously overly-complicated plot which kept cutting away from the protagonist to show us information we didn't need to know. Note to the writer - STICK TO A POINT OF VIEW. And that POV should be your protagonist(s). Don't show us what they don't know - because then we're in their shoes and your story is more exciting and more compelling. You do that and you realizes half of the entire show is wasted time. Did we need to see the assassins personal life? WHY?!!! It could easily have been cut down to two hours. The whole subplot about the kid's father being a traitor was annoying (and ultimately unsatisfying. I found myself fast forwarding through the unnecessary dramatic bloat. The woman who played the Chief of Staff was very good (as good as her dialogue allowed.) And the guy who played the Secret Service agent was also very good good. Two stars because one is just too mean. And the action was usually executed. Also - too dark!
