The play closes on Broadway in a week and a half, so not sure how much this review will matter. We just attended the show tonight and I’m surprised at some of these reviews. We were in the balcony with a stanchion pole blocking some of the stage (obstructed view tickets) and we got EVERY word, EVERY nuance and the whole story crystal clear. I understand very well that theatre is subjective, but don’t let these “too hard to follow” reviews keep you from seeing this show. The message and overarching theme of the characters is what’s important. Everything falls into place when you follow the themes. Also- scan the QR code in the Playbill and read about the history of this play.
