Salute to the creators for making Indian version of The Black Mirror. The movie targets Millennial and Gen-Z audience who are encapsulated by the technology. The writers did seem to take a lot of inspiration from Eternal Sunshine, black mirror but it still looked so fresh and innovative. The content was brilliantly aligned to the Indian society. The introduction of two biggest trollers AIB and Yashraj Mukhate was very smart. The movie is very dark and the ending was even better and felt complete. The message was very clear with great execution. Ananya was able to give that wannabe influencer vibe and connect with the audience. Really glad that Indian Cinema is progressing and evolving to such mature content with brilliant execution. What stood out : 1. Storyline 2. Use of technology 3. Ananya's acting 4. AIB, yashraj Mukhate 5. Tanmay and Vir Das avatars in the ctrl app 6. At the end protagonist succumbed to the digital world. Please watch to encourage such content.

Ramayan-a powerful, poignant and pious epic known to be a tales of righteousness and bravery of divine prince Ram. As every story has multiple perspectives why Ramayan to be understood only from a one-dimensional perspective. 'Sitayaan' - as the book establiahes in the beginning is the story of not just Sita but other women Urmila, Kaushalaya, Surpnakha,Mandodari, Ahilya, Samarna and how they all have suffered in the name of righteousness by their male counterparts and society. These characters were indeed the real protagonist driving the story but overlooked by history. The author makes you wonder whether the sufferings endured by the women justified just to protect an abtract concept of dharma. Ram -even though an incarnation of Vishnu but in the mortal state was not devoid of falliability. Ram, Laxman, Vibhisham, Dashrath- were great warriors, excellent rulers but were they impeccable in balancing their cohort as well. The book has been beautifully crafted and an intriguing read. The latter part seemed to be bit rushed but every word will make you connect more to Sita and her suffering.

I do not belong to the super-hero fan cohort but as a generic spectator, I believe any movie/show to provide elements of entertainment, drama character buildup etc. The batman unfortunately had none. My heart ached to find Robbert Pattison (who btw looked very hot) making every effort to show the depressive-anger-frowny (He seemed to be dealing with some mental health issue) state of batman but failing under the shadow of week direction, story, screenplay, dialogues. I like Zoe from the HBO's big little lies . She looked amazing as cat-bugler but again the story let her down. The director just assembled the key pointers of batman(batmobile, batsuit, Alfred, batsign, his recurring father-issues, cat-woman) and created a mess out of it. Overall a very cliche movie with no character buildup, no story line, lengthy and darkest DC ever. Better to watch on OTT(you can fast forward and save precious hours of your human life)
