I just read this book for an introduction to my English class and wow. As soon as I started reading I was just sucked in by Roald Dahl's captivating words. The way he depicts the mind of Mary Maloney, the protagonist, is incredibly fascinating. The way he uses such simple words to really go in-depth to help you understand the mind of a true psychopath is frightening but astonishing.
