Once again, it's the forever grind of doing the same things over and over again trying to get better items...to never get them unless you're a customer that pays extra and plays 12 hours a day. When you play for hundreds of hours over a couple months, finally get a decent piece of equipment, and the algorithm controlling the "random" rolls give you the exact same roll 5 times in a row that turns the item into garbage...why play. When everyone who has the best items also has cosmetics proving they pay extra, why play? I don't think I'll ever pay for anything put out by blizzard again.
