I wonder what director thought while incorporating a weak screenplay and messy script with such a star-studded casting and a potential plot. I actually liked the way it has used many other detailing, light, bgm, locations etc but i guess the script was my main issue~ Long and at times boring. Bengalis love appropriation i guess so certain stuffs that very 'Bengali cliché' appeared quite nice to me. But the balance of melodrama and compactness was a bit off sometime. Kudos for taking a different and better take in Indian Vampire Saga among other below average takes nowadays , also for presenting a rather aesthetic mix. There were lots of ingredients but the "dish up" stayed a bit messed up. Shantanu Maheswari speaking Bengali, that was due for me thanks I guess . Shantanu, Tania, Adil Hussain and Revathi was very good. But appreciation is never enough for the Tilottama-Saswata and Rajatava- Swaroopa pairs. 3.5/5
