One of the most sensual, seductive and beautiful movie soundtracks I have ever heard; a masterwork by the late Michel Legrand. The movie is essentially a well-written love story spun around a bank caper with a surprising twist in the end. I personally enjoy the dialog throughout the movie that often hints as to how this will all end. This is Steve McQueen at his best, cold, calculating and yet with a warm side that eventually leads Faye Dunaway to an emotional cataclysm at movies end. In all a worthy contender for any movie collector. Five stars.
