Mabel Hogan – Google

I love this book. I think that Alice-Miranda is an amazing character and I love how she makes friends wherever she goes. But if I was to add anything, I would give Alice-Miranda a best friend all the way through the book, to lean on and tell everything. I know she has Lucinda, Ava and Quincy, but she only just met them. If she had more letters mentioned from Milly and Jacinta, that would have just given the book that little extra thing that it needed. Or give Alice-Miranda a venerability, to make her just that little bit more relatable, so she doesn't seem perfect all the time. I know I'm very picky and that's how her character is meant to be, but that's how I would have preferred it. Apart from that, I definitely recommend this book. :)

I love this book and everything about it. It's dramatic and a little confusing at times. I really liked how they gave the characters flashbacks, I liked Ruby's the most, and parkers. Just hearing things from different points of views is very interesting. It's nice being able to pick sides. Ruby or Parker? Is Parker stalking and bothering ruby, or is he protecting her and finding true love with her? Personally, I'm with ruby, but that's just me. And it's the same with juniper and ruby. Should ruby forgive juniper or should juniper find another friend? It's very suspenseful and enjoyable to read. Definitely recommend!
