Yet another "McMindfulness" book saying the same things all too many other McMindfulness books have already said ad nauseam. Save your money and borrow "The Miracle of Mindfulness" and "Old Path, White Clouds" by Thích Nhất Hạnh from the Internet Archive. Much better reads, much more helpful and are free.
