This is the 3rd book I have read by this author and by far my least favorite. It was very ... juvenile? I don't know if that's the right word but both the main characters have the emotional maturity of adolescents and it startd to get super annoying by the 2nd half of the book. I had a lot of eye rolls.
It's also repetitive ... a secret... I shouldn't have come here... I like him... I shouldn't like himm... I shouldn't have come here. And if you listen to the audiobook, the guy who narrates Calvin gave me the creeps throughout the whole book. His emphasis on words was just weird. Reminded me a lot of Joe from "You" but even more unsettling and pervy.
