I’m a huge reader (75+ a year, almost all sci-fi), and Hugh Howey is one of my top 5 authors. The “Wool” series (8 books) is an engaging read the series follows the book closely. I had been waiting a few years to see them put the books to film; I read the book back in 2011. When reading, you imagine what the silo looked like the series really hit the nail on the head. The casting was a nice surprise. I suggest you read the books; there are a lot of details like the “porters” and the hardship of walking the stairs and living in the silo that are addressed in more detail in the book. If you like the series, you will enjoy the books. Hugh Howey has another book series that is also a worthwhile read. So happy to have a 2nd season. Beach Reader in Cancun
