Well.... it is entertaining. The acting isn't too terrible, but there are many story lines that are just so painfully contrived. They certainly didn't budget for a musical score. Somebody just hits 'shuffle' on the ole IPod and away we go. Beautiful costumes, but historically accurate? Not even close. You can even see plastic sequins sewn onto some of the dresses. Chemistry between characters is pretty good. That's probably my favorite part. And I take back what I said about the acting not being too terrible. Sometimes, it just is.
