I watched this movie years ago when it was released and was impressed by the story and cast. Today, as of 2022, when I watch this movie my perspective towards it has changed entirely. The history depicted here is miles away from the truth. The way they portray Mughals as builders of our nation is such a disrespect to our Hindu Maharajas. It is a shame that directors like Ashutosh Gowariker have no value for our history and the sacrifices made by our maharajas. They depict our Maharajas as monsters and Mughals as peacemakers. I couldn't watch this movie past 20 mins this time.
