Don’t be fooled by the simple graphics, the character development and plot is some of the best I’ve seen in any anime and the pace of development is quite quick so you really don’t get bored. The complex plot is juxtaposed by simple touching moments of friendship, overcoming difficulties, and believing in yourself and others. What an amazing story it’s hard to dislike
