Some likeable characters and sometimes entertaining but that's about it. Medically, it's ridiculous. I know it's a TV show but some of the scenarios are terrible. The in house bickering between DRs, DRs all interfering which each others patients. The constant arguing about patient care. And there seems to be another staff in the hospital. Oh and what really irritates me is their high and mighty attitude to other DRs from elsewhere. Making out they are all incompetent and know nothing! They're the only people that know anything and are better than anyone else. And as for any acutely unwell patients whether it be medical or trauma - no team lead. Everyone pitching in. Would never happen. And where's the nursing staff! Backbone of any hospital. Oh and that irritating Torres, Everytime she relocates a dislocation or pulls a fracture they put in a huge crack "cover your ears". What rubbish. Who the hell is their medical advisor?? You can have all the sex and drama but please, let's have some medical accuracy. Don't get me started on the prehosital stuff (despite it being a small portion of the show). It's like watching a mix between high school musical and some cheesy high school movie. Otherwise it's ok LOL (I only watch it because my wife watches and I like to see a show through to the end).If want a decent medical show watch scrubs or ER.

Absolute comedy gold. Matt Berry at his best. Re watching all three seasons again. Even better second time round!
