I felt like I was in a time capsule back to 1969, impeccably, perfectly, exactly the way it was then. i loved the ending because it was what those of us who lived through the events, all wished would have really happened way back then. The movie's ending, as violent as it was, made me weirdly happy. Ive seen it twice now, and will see it again I am sure.
