This movie seems a bit Peter Pan-ish mixed in with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang meets Wall-e. I understood the premise and I’m all for fantasy but this show needs work. And yes I said “show” because the whole time watching this movie it felt like an audition as a Broadway holiday production. The actors are good with the material they have to work with and the animation segments, special effects and illustrations are entertaining. Perhaps it’s meant for very young children.
