When a friend of mine suggested this movie! It was amazing! It takes open mindedness to understand and fully accept what they have shown! Ive been on keto for 6 mos now! And i love what im feeling!! I have one friend who now doin keto and first and foremost i told him to watch this first so it would be easy to follow through! Now we are two in these journey! I hope rest will follow! We deserve to know! We deserve tobe healthy!! Its a choice! Its a lifestyle!! Thanks for this film! It help me a lot to understand!
