I'm a 17 year old and i still enjoy my little pony so hear it from me parents, or parents to be. My younger sister still watches cartoons and i usually watch them with her when i have to keep an eye on her, she jumps up and down once "Bluey" airs on TV. At first i thought it was a peppa pig knockoff because of the accents and animations. But its WAYYYY better. In my personal opinon Bluey focuses more on real life issues, such as this one episode Bluey doesn't want her mother to go to the baby shower because she will miss her. So Bandit (dad) tries to distract her by playing fun games with younger sister, Bingo. Another episode Bluey and her dad find a hurt budgie and take it the vet and ends up dying. The show is a great way to help start up conversations on real life to younger kids. I will admit, I am not really an emotional person but some of the episodes do hit home to me and hit me to the heart. + the animation is way better than a poorly drawn pig. There's no bodyshaming from anyone, however there is one episode of Bluey a girl is mean to Bingo and bosses Bluey around. The girls do eventually make it up and apologize. The show is really funny (especially the dad) and i think anyone at whatever age will enjoy this show. ( I have a big Bluey stuffed animal and it's so soft, i have to sleep with her or else i cant sleep). I give this show an A+. this is my new comfort show !!! LOVE IT. wish i had shows like this growing up
