I am enjoying this Netflix series, Untamed, although I still have three more episodes to go prior to completing the entire series. The plot is interesting, as well as several of the sub plots, It has peaked my desire to follow them through to the end. One thing I am not happy about is the continuous and excessive use of profanity, specifically the F—- word, as well as S…t. I have tried to accommodate other series with a few expletives throughout, however, in each episode of Untamed that I have seen and in my opinion, it was not practical or necessary to use as many of the profane words that are used thoroughly, and unnecessarily, throughout each individual episode. At this point,I want to complete the series, as I’ve gotten involved in the storylines. In the future, I hope that if there’s a next season that those who have the decision-making power, would consider minimizing the use of so much profanity in each episode, and consider that the actual series itself has strong enough actors, storyline, and interest for others so that the use of excessive profanity is not a requirement.
