When Hoda and Jenna talked about living with their parents after college and Hoda said she didn't and asked Jenna if she did, and she said she did and Hoda asked if it was weird with the rules and Jenna said no uh uh, I was 26. That proved the difference between white and people of color. I am 64 and there are still simple rules in my parents home and I respect that. I appreciate Hoda not setting the record straight when Jenna gave that flip response. At 26 hun, you are still a child (in the eyes of your parents or at least mine). Granted the rules weren't as strict but there were rules. My kids are 39 and 43 and they are always welcome here but they know there would be some sort of rules! Being respectful to your parents you should expect and appreciate that.
