There are a several elements about this movie that may have needed more attention. 1. Writing 2.Directing 3. Casting 4. Cinematography While the movie is a thriller titled “The Reading “ it focuses more on a deranged psycho killer instead of the work of a medium as the titles suggests. The director along with the cinematographer enjoys indicating. Indicating what the emotions are to be in a given scene ,thus everyone is “acting” so very few moments are genuine. The director and actors took more serious the more intense scenes and not the opening scenes. I wont call it a tubi film but I will say it’s indie at best.
